Delivery Pricing Information
UK Mainland Delivery:
£6 is the cost for delivery - REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY BOTTLES YOU ORDER (UK only)
We endeavour to deliver within 4 working days of your order being placed unless alternative dates are stated in the product description; this is subject to goods being in stock.
Current Schedule for Deliveries:
Order before 9am for Delivery Next WORKING Day. (providing your item is in stock and does not state "Upto 7-10 Days" within the product information).
This NEXT DAY service is NOT GUARANTEED, and may take up to 3 days for delivery.
International Deliveries are from 5-10 WORKING DAYS, however we cannot guarantee this time frame

We regret we do not deliver our products outside the EU
WE NOW DELIVER TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:
Whilst we appreciate it may seem expensive for more than one or two bottles, we reside in a quite annoyingly remote part of Scotland, and couriers are reluctant to visit us!
With that in mind we'll deliver with the following pricing structure:
UK and Northern Ireland: £6
Eire, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain: £18 for 1 bottle
Eire, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain: £28 for 2 bottles
Eire, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain: £38 for 3 bottles
Any figure above that - please contact the store here and we'll arrange a costing for you.
Customs
Our whiskies are subject to VAT (Value added tax), within the EU this should not be an issue. Any charges for customs clearance MUST be paid by you the customer, we have no control whatsoever over these charges and do not know if they will be charged or not.
Packaging
The Green Welly Stop will endeavour to use recycled packaging at all times, by making use of the huge amount of cardboard that we get our many deliveries in! We would like to think that we are doing a little something to help with our all-important environment, so if your whisky arrives in a weird shaped parcel, this might explain it!
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
On occasion we get items / orders returned to us.
Royal Mail will often leave a card if you haven't been avaliable, we understand and believe that in some cases this doesn't happen.
PLEASE check with us if you haven't received your order within 7 days (or check 'Your Account' area for tracking information).
If your item has been sent - PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE / DEPOT.
If your item / order is returned to us - there will be a further delivery charge.
If you do not wish to pay this - then the cost of the original goods will be refunded - the original postage cost is not refundable in this case.
