UK Mainland Delivery:

We endeavour to deliver within 6 working days of your order being placed unless alternative dates are stated in the product description; this is subject to goods being in stock. Normal delivery is £6.00

We sincerely hope that the delivery will be much quicker than 6 days, but this is the guaranteed period for this low delivery cost.

Due to unprecedented demand we are unable to guarantee delivery earlier than this time frame, unless you opt for next day delivery.

£6 "Best UK Delivery Price in Scotland" statement is correct as of 11th November 2007 and STILL best as at of 1st March 2009.

WE NOW DELIVER TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:
Whilst we appreciate it may see expensive for more than one or two bottles, we reside in a quite annoyingly remote part of Scotland, and couriers are reluctant to visit us!
With that in mind we'll deliver with the following pricing structure:
UK and Ireland: £6
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain: £18 for 1 bottle
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain: £28 for 2 bottles
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain: £38 for 3 bottles
Any figure above that - please contact the store and we'll arrange a costing for you.

BREAKAGES:

The Green Welly Stop is not liable for ANY Breakages to bottles going outwith the UK.

Customs

Our whiskies are subject to VAT (Value added tax), within the EU this should not be an issue. Any charges for customs clearance MUST be paid by you the customer, we have no control whatsoever over these charges and do not know if they will be charged or not.

Beer Orders & Delivery Price:

Our delivery pricing for Beer is now included within the costing.

Packaging

The Green Welly Stop will endeavour to use recycled packaging at all times, by making use of the huge amount of cardboard that we get our many deliveries in! We would like to think that we are doing a little something to help with our all-important environment, so if your whisky arrives in a weird shaped parcel, this might explain it!
