From the 2011 Feis Ile - a quite rare bottling of only 598 bottles.
This bottle is also SIGNED by the owner and founder of Kilchoman Distillery.

Tasting
Colour - Pale Straw darkening with time
Nose - Peaty aromas, pear drops, light citrus and ripe fruit softness, spicy with light sherry overtones.
Palate - Initial sherry sweetness followed by peat smoke and mixed fruit developing nicely.
Finish - Long, clean and refreshing leaving hints of peat smoke, spicy cloves and soft sherry.
