Cairn O Mohr Gooseberry Sparkling Wine 75cl

This sparkling wine is made from gooseberries picked from Pittermie farm in Fife, usually.
There are a few other interesting and tasty ingredients in there, lemons, elderflowers, sultanas all weaving together a complex embroidery of flavour and texture that is going to build up into a symphonic crescendo of words from which there is little chance of me being able to escape with any credibility.
Tastes of russet apples for some reason and cold copper, (don't ask) ....in a nice way.

Medium dryish.
