Vallformosa Cava Tradicional Brut Clasic - 75cl

 

Tasting Notes,
Straw colour with greenish tints.  The bubbles are pleasant and lively.
The aromas are combination of fruit (melon and banana) and the apricot, apple and toasted notes from the fermentation process.
On the palate the wine is harmonious and appetising with a slight hint of acidity.  The after taste is rounded and elegant with a classic fruity finish.
Ideal served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light meals.

 

Contents - 30% Macabeo / 40% Xarel-lo / 30% Paralleda
Ageing - Minimum of 12 months in the bottle
Volume - 11.55%
