Cath Waters Skye and Raasay from Applecross Framed Giclee Print
Cath Waters Standard Giclee Prints
Cath Waters is a contemporary Scottish landscape artist creating atmospheric digital collages inspired by the beauty of the Scottish land and sea, especially the Scottish West Coast and the Isle of Skye.
This framed print depicts the view of Skye and Raasay from Sand Beach near Applecross in Wester Ross. These views across the Inner Sound to the Cuillin mountains of Skye and the flat topped Dun Cann of Raasay are spectacular. It’s easy to send hours sitting on the sand watching the light change until the sun disappears behind the hills. The ancient settlement of Applecross was accessible only by boat and the steep and winding Bealach Na Ba until the mid 1970s, when a coastal road was built.
Image size of 11.3" x 11.3" not including border
