Cath Waters The Isle of Arran Framed Giclee Print
Cath Waters Standard Giclee Prints
Cath Waters is a contemporary Scottish landscape artist creating atmospheric digital collages inspired by the beauty of the Scottish land and sea, especially the Scottish West Coast and the Isle of Skye.
This framed print depicts Isle of Arran, from Argyll across the sound of Bute. Often referred to as “Scotland in miniature”, Arran is divided into “Highland” and “Lowland” areas by the Highland Boundary Fault. The Island draws tourists and geologists in droves. This view features Goatfell, the highest point at 2,866ft, and the profile of the “Sleeping Warrior”, the horizon which resembles a resting figure with helmet and crossed arms.
