Dunoon Mugs, Clan Tartans of Scotland Glencoe Mug

This oversized mug, named after one of the greatest Glens in Scotland 'Glencoe', is one of our oldest shapes, yet remains one of our most striking. It has a great presence and our informative and educational patterns have remained the most popular designs on this shape. It has a flared top and a strong, comfortable handle so it feels very solid to hold.

Clan Tartans of Scotland is an informative design by Caroline Dadd which features illustrations of colourful tartans and the clan to which they belong.

After working as design manager at Royal Doulton, Caroline took over her father's business and was able to continue working with Dunoon on mug designs, graphics and packaging projects. She interprets many artists' work from Monet to Van Gogh including the Gustav Klimt inspired mugs, and created the fun, fact filled Informative Glencoe mugs.
