Toughees Wellies Fleece Lined, Navy Blue with green sole, Removable lining, EU sizes only. Toughees Wellingtons with removable fleece lining. Boys wellington boot, with rubber outer, a reflective disk at the heel for safety at night, and a chunky sole to offer fantastic grip when little ones jump in muddy puddles and the fleece helps to keep feet cosy and warm. The removable fleece lining in these Toughees wellies means that during winter their feet are nice and warm and as the spring comes and their feet have grown you can remove the liner and wear the wellies all spring. The lining inside the wellies is a lightly brushed fleece with a foam backing and there is a rib fleece cuff on the outside they are not designed to be repeatedly removed like wellie socks.
